During the 1980s, the Irish Pub Concept, based on the visual appeal and unique atmosphere of traditional Irish pubs, was developed to export the authentic Irish pub around the world. For the concept to succeed, quality, authenticity, creative flair and business expertise were essential. Little wonder that Guinness chose GGD Global as it’s first approved Irish Pub Concept design and build company.

In 1988, GGD Global exported the first Irish Pub Concept pub, the award-winning Murphy’s Bleachers, situated across from Wrigley Field and the Chicago Cubs baseball team.
