We will review your current pub proposal and marketing plan. Critique market conditions, financing, potential lease/location, and management team. A detailed one page summary will follow allowing investor to decide if project worth moving forward.

♦ Pub manuals designed for front/back house management, staff training, guidelines for each segment (bartender/servers/managers/etc), operations, and cookbook.

At this point we offer specific services to help grow the pub, improve management of pub, and understand the Irish Pub Concept and pub culture
On Site Market Visit-$5,000.00 plus travel expense for GGD rep
Three day market trip with 12 hour days on site. Our representative will work with your manager, staff, train staff and key managers, set up bar, inventory, dry storage, supplier meetings, and general pub work. Custom manual and material will be left behind for use in pub
Irish Pub University-$2,000.00 plus client travel costs (we handle food+beverage)
Three day trip to our Irish pub in Buffalo, New York. Experience the true Irish pub operations first hand with our General Manager and pub team. Start by working with our GM on pub procedures, manuals, food/beverage, and pub operations. Second half of day, work behind the bar with scheduled bartender and close pub. Second day, head to local market, set up kitchen with lead chef and staff. After working the lunch shift, spend two hours with bartender and manager discussing bar operations and marketing. Continue day with review of staff duties, staff training, key manager roles, and general pub operations.
After traditional Irish dinner, attend marketing event and local bar tour of market with one of our managers to understand business and industry. Third day, arrive with cleaning crew for observation of pub opening operations. Enjoy Traditional Irish Breakfast and discuss Sunday brunch opportunities. At 10 am travel to Toronto, Ontario (bring passport) to have lunch at leading Irish pub in Toronto, Irish Embassy. After tour of pub and lunch, visit couple of Irish pubs in market operated by chain and independent operators. Head back to Buffalo by 6pm for evening flight.

Irish Pub Experience-Ireland-$2,000 per person plus airfare (we handle lodging,food+beverage)
The ultimate pub tour for Irish pub operators. Hosted by GGD staff in Ireland, tour includes stops at famous pubs in Dublin+Belfast, Guinness and Jameson tours, local Irish pub fare, classic Irish music sessions, Irish country visits, and Irish culture. Below is sample itinerary:
Day One-Fly into Dublin. Early lunch in Dublin, tour of Jameson Distillery, walking tour of Dublin, and dinner at local pub.
Day Two-morning tour of Dublin, Tour of Guinness Brewery, train to Nwery, shuttle to Rostrevor.Dinner and pub tour (irish music sessions)
Day Three-trip to Bushmills Distillery and Giant’s Causeway. Afternoon to Belfast, dinner and Belfast pub tour
Day Four-morning free, train to Dublin, free afternoon, dinner+pub tour
Day Five-depart morning
